Forward Bound

Phase 1 is well underway with multi-family townhomes and single-family homes, and there’s still so much on the horizon for Bison Run. Bison Run K-8 School opened its doors in January 2023 and the Pembina Trails Collegiate is set to open in fall 2024. The next phases of Bison Run will include commercial development to provide you with easy access to shops and services close to home.

Just beyond the community borders lie an abundance of shops and services that extend along Kenaston Blvd. and into neighbouring Bridgwater Centre. As well, the expansive University of Manitoba Campus, IG Field and Athletic Centre and soccer fields are all nearby and well-within walking or cycling distance.

Roam further from home

Nestled among several established communities and the University of Manitoba, Bison Run also offers easy access to popular connector routes like Pembina Hwy., Waverley St. and Bishop Grandin Blvd. (soon to be Abinojii Mikana).
